Engagement Manager
Engagement managers are the core of our services delivery team. As our senior-level technical and Client-facing resource, the EM is able to perform high-level technical tasks (e.g. design and direct large-scale network, web application, and physical security penetration test, code review, etc.) and strategic services (e.g. security control architecture, risk management and compliance engagements) for our enterprise and government Clients. These people are strong project and people managers who provide oversight and quality assurance on all engagement deliverables.
Requirements:
- Five or more years consulting in the security industry
- Strong background and understanding of regulatory standards and technical security skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver & manage projects to specific timelines
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope
- Demonstrated ability to determine Client needs and scope projects
- Ability to present deliverables in a manner well understood by executive and technical personnel
- Knowledgeable of various programming languages
- Knowledgeable of common computing platforms
- Knowledgeable of common security assessment tools
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent writing skills
